I got this problem suddenly. I open Alias Autostudio 2021 with default without any launch problems. But while importing userpref the software stops responding once i click open on the prefset file. I've tried opening several prefset .aps files which I had saved but the result is the same. Please help, because I 'm not able to load any of my prefset. Thank you!
@Anonymous is the issue already solved? Are you allowed to share the pref set which causes problems? You can try to delete and reset the pref-set by deleting the folder = Preference_Sets you can find it = C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Alias\UserPrefs2021\Preference_Sets Afterwards you can retry to load your wanted pref-set.
The issue got resolved. I did a clean uninstall and a reinstall of the sofware. It took time but that was the only way I found. After the reinstall all the presets were opening so I guess it was a software bug rather than prefset file problem.
