Alias|Wavefront Advanced Visualizer

Hi everybody,

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong category, but maybe someone here can help me with my search.

Autodesk bought Alias in 2005 and owns every application that Alias|Wavefront ever produced. But they never made legacy manuals available. Anyway, I couldn't contact the support to ask about it and decided to ask here.

I have this old A|W Advanced Visualizer (Wavefront TAV) software for Irix. And am trying to learn it the hard way. Maybe someone knows where to get the manual for it?

I have already searched the archive.org and all SGI-related web forums. I hope to find somebody who used the software in the 90s and/or still have the documentation and is kind enough to share it.

Just an FYI,  when we moved from the King St E (Toronto) office to the MaRS office, a lot of the older manuals were recycled and older (SGI) equipment were e-wasted.

Thanks for reply. I found a museum with these ancient A|W manuals, but they won't let me just copy it. It is required to have a permission from copyright owners first. Do you know who can I contact at Autodesk to ask for their permission to copy these manuals? It is for my private use only and I have no intent to share it anywhere.
