Alias 2019, Problems with render setups

Hello everyone! I am started to learn Alias a few weeks ago and now I am trying to make my first render. There are two problems which i can`t solve with Alias Help.
1. There is no ground shade under my model on the render preview and final render. But it is in the modeling window. I checked all setups many times (in the render globals, in the light parametres, in the hardware shade). Also I watched the "Shade surfaces with a render preview of their rendered appearence" article in the Alias Help.
2. The image in the modeling window doesn`t match with ones in the render preview. It seems like a photo on the frontal camera of the phone, I mean it is mirrored and also environment image doesn`t match.
I added two screenshoots, I think you will understand all problems.
Huge thanks in advance!

There are quite a few differences between Hardware shade and software rendering.  There is no ground plane in software rendering.  You have to put a plane down as your ground.  Take a look at the rendering section of help

Thank you for the response! I think that problem with ground shade is solved (but looks a bit difficult to put a ground plane each time, especially if you use some image plane as background).
But it`s still question about the background when using standart geometry environment. Why the images on the monitor and on the render don`t match? I tried different setups of camera and environment but it`s still wrong.
