Alias 2018 Crashing when trimming - Mac high Sierra

Hi all,

I'm having a huge issue with alias, when I try to trim a surface (doesn't matter which surface) alias will crash. I have two machines both up to date on the operating system and both have alias 2018 with updates, they have the same issue. 

Any help will be appreciated.

We were reported trim crash issue before and it's fixed in the newest update, 2018.5 version. (Subscription customers can download from Autodesk Account) If you cannot solve it using 2018.5, could you please provide us CER# Alias shown when you accept sending us a crash report or attach an Exception log on your PC?

Sometimes we can find the cause of your issue from the report.

NOTE:

As you can see from System requirements for Autodesk Alias 2018 products, Alias is not certified with High Sierra OS and possibility it has unknown issues.
