I have recently started using Alias 2018. I have noticed that when selecting certain tools there is a considerable lag before the tool activates. This is most noticeable for me when selecting the all tools. Basically I activate the tool and I get the egg timer for several seconds. This can be up to about 30 seconds before I can then select the geometry that I want to apply the align to. It happens on other tools such as multi surface draft but im finding it most with the align tool. This is most likely due to my work flow. I recently installed the update to 2017. It seemed to not be present when I first upgraded but now it is there and is pretty much rendering 2017 useless. I find if I jump 2017, 2016,2015
