A software problem has caused alias learning edition to close unexpectedly.

My Alias Learning Edition 2024 keeps crashing while working. I don't know what to do as it is really irritating. Every few minutes it crashes with a message "A software error has occurred. Attempting to save your model as ". Someone please help.

What are the specs of your computer?
How Much RAM to you have?
What video card are you running?
Are you using 2024 or 2024.1 version of LE?

I have Acer Nitro 5 with Windows 11, 16 GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics Processor, and a 6 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 dedicated GPU. I have tried all the versions of Alias Learning Edition, 2023.1, 2023.1.1, 2024 and 2024.1. In all the versions Alias is crashing.

@rickysingh9043 can you please let us know your email address in a PM, or can you share one of the CER report numbers, so we can have a look into what is going wrong?

Hi Michael !

Thanks a lot for your reply.

Well, I did not understand the first part of your question.

I have attached the screenshot of the error that I had faced, it also contains the Report ID which is 752622437.

Please have a look and let me know of any more questions.

@rickysingh9043 please edit your post to remove your email address (I noted it down for me). Otherwise bots might find it, and spam you with emails.
Thanks for the information, we will look into this!

Cheers,

GG

This is from another post:

Try the following.
Uninstall the ATI display driver completely and install the latest PRO driver from
https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-pro-win-22-q4
Hope it helps.
