T.o.s. of Bearing plates in plan

Hello,

We need to be able to show t.o.s. at bearing plates in plan per attached example, and for all steel in general when it is required.

Currently we can do this only in elevation views.

This is something basic.

Plan at bearing plate is something common for certain projects, such as joist bearing on CMU walls. 

Probably it has to be done with a token so we can use it in labels for bearing plates.
