It would be veryhelful if welding is a real solid shaping the edges for weld prep in the model.
This would allow beveling curved plate edges as well-for example-bridge girders with horizontal+vertical curve-top and bottom edges of webs to be beveled.
Currently Advance Steel does not allow continous bevel on folded plate edges with 3D curve.
Having weld as a solid will allow for listing of the welds with their weights, lengths, cost estimation etc.
