Sections (profiles) - independent offset on both ends of the system line

Sections (profiles) - independent offset on both ends of the system line

At time,  the offset for the sections (profiles) is parallel to the system line possible.

Please add:

- independent offset possibilities at both ends of the system line in the Y / Z direction.
- alignment in the case of subsequently mirrored / rotated profiles - the Y and Z values for the offset are often mixed up compared to the original position, the user must also test the behavior / input in order to be able to move in the desired direction.

What are you trying to achieve using offset?

I've never really understood the point of it when you can use the transform elements command to move the beam or use the grip point of the system line if you want to move one end.

There is a good number of people in the forum that say it is not the best practice.

This is called "parametric modeling" - with no limits for the basic settings (system line position here)

The ends of the profile (system line) can be moved even manually, but then it is difficult to hit back the same point of the system origin.

The better way is: system line stay on position, each end of profile can be moved separate (not just in parallel to the system line). This would be power-function for many user - I am not the first to come up with this idea in Idea Station.
