Modification of External Lists prior to PDF export

Hello,

Very often we need to modify external lists after we export them as pdf files.

It will be very helpful if we can modify them straight from BOM Editor prior to exporting.

This will save time going to the BOM folder, file and modify using a pdf software.

Can you please clarify this a bit more ? The BOM editor allows now the edit of templates before generating, so before exporting them to PDF.

Hello,

Modifying the templates is easy and intuitive., it works great. Some things cannot be included in the external lists, such as notes to fabricator etc. 

After creating an external list, but PRIOR to export to PDF, it will be helpful if we can add text, or delete text, without going to the PDF file and modify it there using a PDF software. It will give the users more flexibility and it will be a time saver when the external lists have to be modified manually. And there is another thing-if we have 15-16 external lists per project-after creating all of them, often user can forget to go to a certain list and manually modify.  At least the two options-add text and delete text will be great.
