Model view cameras - layer control /assignment

From what I can see the camera opition inside model views , is linked to the model view and the model view controls it layer. 

I am am not aware the is a layer assignment opition for model views, if not then can we add to the layer assignment inside MT defaults. 

We we can turn off the cameras via filters and layers, also opition in model to change camera display on or off, but no layer assignment.

Unfortunately, this idea could not be included on our road map and as such we will not be pursuing it in the near future.

Sorry I really don,t understand, you want users to create model views, but then the model gets cluttered up with white boxs of the model views, you can't tell what's going on in the model.
If you just have it assign to a layer then you can toggle it off and on, it's so bloody simple.
You never had to use this software in a real suitation, unlike me , I used it longer than you have been out of school.
What is the point of you getting people to put ideas here if you never listen.
Which seems to be the case more and more. Don't you lot read the comments here, not only me is telling you that there are loads of comments all over the forum.
About time you lot got out and listen and saw what the really world is like.
So I do not agree, I do not understand.
