Labels for Bolts to be centered and move same as labels for holes in AS 2020

Hi, Labels for holes in AS2020 are AWESOME! 

Can we please have the same behavior implemented for labels for bolts.

Leader to be CENTERED, and offset appr. 1.125 x hole radius. Leaders to "jump" to other bolts in same bolt group the same way as leaders for holes' labels.

Maybe it would be even better if the leader is offset with the D/2 of a standard flat washer.

This way no part of the leader will be over the bolt.
