The custom Dimension text is great, but it applies to all of the dimension labels equally. Having a single dimension chain with one dimension label for "Under Clearance" and another to say "Top of Steel" for example. This works best for Absolute or Ordinate dimensions which I noticed recently don't accept the custom labels at all.
