Dimension Styles: make "Draw frame around text" work

On the "Change dimension style" command, "Modify", "Text" tab: check "Draw frame around text".

The issue: when a dimension uses the dim style with the option "Draw frame around text" checked, there is no frame around the text…

 

Please make "Draw frame around text" work.

Please check the attached picture.
