Correction angle

Hi,

it wood be nice if in more connections a correction angle is possible. 

For example in "Knee of frame bolted", it is for the correction of the highest point in a portal frame because the total weight of the roof will force the highest point down with a few centimeters, with the correction angle we can force the highest point up and it will come down due to the weight from cladding, snow and own weight.

Unfortunately this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it. Please feel free to rework and resubmit this one down the road.
