Its been a while since doing any curved stuff and I had forgotten how frustrating it is...
When placing linear dimensions, the workflow is:
Select view
Pick first point
Pick second point
Place the dimension
Pick further points or end
This is good - picking the second point before placing means the dimension is visible when placing it and so it is obvious what the next step is without having to study the command line.
However, when placing Arc dimensions:
Select view
Pick circle centre point
Pick point on circle (this is also the first dimension point, which could be made more clear - maybe "Pick first point on circle")
Place the dimension (picking second point should come next with placement after - like with linear dimensions)
Pick second point
Pick further points or end
Angle dimensions have a similar workflow to arc dimensions.
When you are so used to placing linear dimensions in a certain way, it is difficult to stop and change the workflow when placing arc and angle dimensions resulting in having to re-start the command and wasting time.
Please change the arc and angle dimension workflow to be consistent with linear dimensions!
