Hello,
When i want to connect beams (especially hollow sections) i have to create also galvanizing holes.
Galvanizing holes are without any doubt one of the important things in construction. Advance Steel does not have many options to create galvanizing holes in a macro. Only manual. This is too much work.
If it is too much work for Autodesk to implement it in the macro's. Why do they not create a connection for galvanizing holes? In the attachment you find a solution what is common in construction business. In this example they are two hollow sections, but also for H/i/u profiles it must be possible. In the custom connection there is one connection called: holes in beam reference to beam. But this is not working correct, when beams are not linear and also the holes are sometimes placed in wrong plane.
Please Autodesk look into this problem/wish because a lot of users do have the same problem.
