Please make it possible, to create associative arrays (polar, rect, path, 3D) for Advance Steel objects:
- with full functionality / options to edit source objects / for ALL Advance Steel objects (incl. connections)
- with full numbering possibility of the objects / right amount of objects
- without multiple identical objects in each other
-etc.
Advantages
- semi-parametric constructions with editable source = easy way for repetitive elements
- reduction of additional modifications of multiple identical objects in non-associative arrays
- reduction of errors by editing the same objects in current "array" (ACAD version or Advance Steel "ASTransformAndConnect")
- logical joined identical components
- time = money saver
Current situation (non-associative array with 4 elements / 90° without connections) - no advantages, separate elements are very awkward to edit
Current situation (associative array with 4 elements/ 90° without connections) - currently editable with big problems and nonsensical results / not editable
