Eine farbliche Differenzierung (einstellbar !) von Blechen und Trägern nach Material oder anderen Eigenschaftem ist dringend erforderlich. Besonders bei der so möglichen konstruktiven Materialkontrolle per Farbe können eklatante Konstruktionsfehler vermieden werden!

Ein filtern und markieren nach entsprechenden Eigenschaften ist wenig praxistauglich. Einbau der Funktion ggf. in den Projektexplorer (unterhalb der temporären farblichen Kennzeichnung).

A color differentiation (adjustable!) of sheets and supports according to material, role etc. is urgently required. Especially with the possible constructional material control by color, blatant design errors can be avoided! Filtering and marking according to appropriate properties is not very practical. Installation of the function, if necessary, in the Project Explorer (below the temporary color coding).

a manual workaround could be using the model browser sorted by material. Then select all items with same material and move these objects to individual layers using different colors. Once the assigning process is finished, the model can be checked and objects could be adjusted if necessary.

In erster Linie muss man mit einer Software fehlerfrei arbeiten können.
Jede Erleichterung bei der Arbeit verbessert das Produkt, schließt
gegebenenfalls schwerwiegende Fehler aus und erhöht die Zufriedenheit
der Anwender.
Eine solche Entscheidung verfehlt meiner Meinung nach die
Anwenderbeteiligung! Andere Hersteller von Stahlbauplanungssoftware
haben solche Funktionalitäten in ihrer Software. Ich hoffe es gibt nicht
noch mehr solche Entscheidungen. Sonst wir der Wechsel zu einem
Mitbewerber immer wahrscheinlicher.


First of all you have to be able to work with a software without errors.
Any little help at work improves the product, eliminates serious errors,
and increases user satisfaction.
In my opinion, such a decision misses the user participation! Other
manufacturers of steel construction software have such functionalities
in their software. I hope there is no more such decisions. Otherwise,
the change to a competitor is more likely.
