Weld symbol text

When creating welds on an assembly drawing, I call out 1/4 fillet and the only thing that shows is the fillet weld symbol no weld size. Change input to 3/16, 5/16, 3/8, weld text shows up. Why when using a 1/4" fillet weld the text does not show up?

.....is it because 1/4" is the default values set in management tools......you can "tick a box" in a couple of places

go to management tools..........defaults......and use the filter for welds
