View on drawing not updated

Using AS 20189

See attached screen capture.

I have a view on a drawing that does not reflect the current state of the model. The view was generated from a saved model view. Do some views not update? Can I get this view to update without having to recreate it? Thanks for any help.

Yes, I have posted the drawing. Thank you for taking a look! The view in question is on Drawing E4 "ELEVATION AT C LINE". Also if you can look at another issue on that drawing, that would be appreciated. The Detail tags do not match the Detail Titles A, B, C & D.

It might be not the problem, but you save your model with DWG2013 this is not a good idea. Please save your model in DWG2018. 
And if you send us the model, we could not have look to your detail...

What detail style do you use? Maybe you select one, which is using "selecting parts"? Do had to select the parts which should be shown in the detail? If yes, the detail will not update with new created parts, because it's based on the part you select and the new created ones are not "selected".

It's always better to create drawing with the whole model and delete the object which should not be shown.

and additional: I purge a block in your model and then made an audit checking, result was 3000objects were purged. this could also be the problem

This process you posted for another issue fixed this problem:

- deregistrate the detail

- delete the UPD file which is located in the same folder like the detail

- registrate your detail again in the model 

- open the document manager: your detail should be in the category "unknow" select it and force an update
