Unable to find and edit 3D detail label

Where do I find this setting and edit it so it always shows part no. instead of part no. - assembly?

I've checked in drawing style manager and went through several dropdowns but didn't find anything. It's the "2011 - 3D - NoDim Lab - UCS 1:50 CO Pickbox" view which I added to my drawing style.

not defined is shwon if you want to label a number (Singlepart/mainpart) but didn't use the numbering before.

If you have a detail style for an overvie drawing based on the ucs and pucbox the presentation and labeling should use the modelobject Plates ...and here you need the labeling: off

But as I remember, you're new to AS, so be carefull with settings in the detailstyle manager, many things could be broken with the wrong setting here.
There're a lot threads belonging to this and a few youtube videos.

Hi,

In the view you are using the Plate uses the same label as is used in MANY other locations (many objects in many views) so you definitely should not change that label content. The view is intended for GA drawings so it labels main parts with the assembly number. You ought to make a new view for assemblies that labels using part numbers. That is a much bigger topic and not something easily described in a few lines of text.

As Seb says above, Drawing Styles are the deepest, darkest, most complicated part of the system. They require a lot of detailed understanding of the system to edit properly. Think of it like reprogramming the Engine Control Unit on a modern car - not something to undertake without extreme caution and quite a bit of expert knowledge or you can trash the system.
