Morning All,
I have created my camera views on my model and now have begun the GA.
I have created a camera view on a balcony arm which comes out vertical, so therefore i double click the view box and click rotate 90, it does rotate it these 90 degrees but it shrinks the view area massively.
It works perfectly for 180 degrees, but as soon as i select 90 or 270 it shrinks the work area?
Any ideas?

Update:
Was my UCS and view distances causing the issue when rotating 90 and 270 - think we have solved it.
However we have notched that an Isometric view has some solid lines not showing - when we turn on hidden lines you can see them, however they are definitely not hidden, and there is to many hidden lines to leave this switched on.
When solid lines are not showing in isometric drawings it is usually because there is a clash between the items.
Hi,
If you are making views from cameras why do you need to rotate the view? If you don't get the orientation you want, rotate the camera in the model and update the drawing. The camera symbol is based on the current UCS when you create it so there is no guesswork involved. X goes across the paper and Y goes up the paper. Set the camera according to the view rotation you want.

Hi Aleck,
Yes I understand its creating them from the UCS.
What I am trying to get at is when you double click the view you have the option to change the orientation to 90/270 in the drawing - saving you time going back in the model and changing the camera. - Its this rotate 90/270 inside the drawing that isn't working and is messing up the view area.
When previously using Tekla I could select a view and literally rotate to which ever angle I wanted, it would keep the attributes I had given (work area, depth etc)
