Revision number

I would like to know how to change the revision mark for multiple detail sheets at the same time. It seems like the information provided (see attached) should be able to be applied to a selection of sheets.

To add a revision to multiple drawings, select the drawings in the document manager, right click and select revision.  That should get you a new revision on those drawings.  If you are trying to edit the information about an existing revision, you will need to select each individual drawing, right click and select  "Revision".  This brings up the revision table for that drawing and you can edit each revision.

Do note: Drawings that are under "Update Required" have an additional option to "Update Revision".  This will allow you to add your revision notes as well as automatically cloud the affected areas.  This can get messy on GA drawings!

Thank you for your response - my issue more closely relates to the second part of your answer, I’m trying to edit multiple existing revisions (example: changing the date). Is there a way to do this or must I edit each one individually?

You would have to edit each one individually.
