Hello,
I have a question, why in a drawing model, the railing object, in Post Connection sometimes has 4 options and sometimes has 9 options, example the images:
Notes:
- I didn't modeled the drawing, I need to change the existing 4 options in the 9 options version
- at this moment, I was not able to find any differences in the final view (profile sections, dimensions), excepting the connection
- in the ManagementTools > AstorRules > I saw that there are several versions of Railing_Postbeam0 to 6, I don't know when is reading witch rule
-I am working in Advance Steel 2019.
thank you, with respect, Paul

The post alignment is set to top of a beam, you do not get the additional side face fixed options.
look under the post tab, should see alignment for top/left/right. Change to left or right you have more fixing types.
cheers
