NC File discrepancies with double cut features (sometimes)

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help us. We have had some NC output issues when dealing with double cuts at a beam end which has caused us and our clients some head aches. Some cuts are not showing on the NC files which alters the length. I have been this issue hasnt arisen with other drafting contractors using Tekla. Is there something we can alter or control on the output end or is this an issue that AS need to ammend in a new release? attached are screen shots of one example of a PFC where bottom flange cuts and length are shown incorrect. NOTE: end cutting has been modelled using feature macro.

There is a management setting that will add a couple of extra lines to the top of the NC file for things like double cuts that we have seen resolve issues like the one you are describing

Turn this setting on, then restart Advance Steel and re-run your NC file to see if you get the result you require.
