Good afternoon and thank you for your post. My name is Bogdan, I am with the Technical Support Team and I will be assisting you on this issue.
The "Label content manager" was design to allow adding additional tokens for the overview drawings.
When in an overview drawing, adding a new token in the "Label content manager" will make that token available in the combo box that opens when double clicking a label. So, after adding the new token, it can be used to be added to the content of the label.
As per the error message saying that "all tokens already exist in the detail" it occurs for assemblies and single part drawings, because the "Label content manager" cannot be used for them. The error message means that there are no available tokens that can be added in the combo as they are already there.
I hope this was helpful.
If my message answered to your question please accept my post as a solution, so that it will be confirmed in the system and the request automatically closed. If you still need assistance, please let me know and I will be happy to help.
Thank you. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Best regards,
Bogdan.
