Gusset Plate Hole Spacing

I am trying to space the holes as per the image below. Also, the Gusset Plate should be Rectangular and not Chamfered. I can set it to Rectangular but then the Hole Spacing is even worse. I might be missing something but I'm really struggling with this. See attached a 2D Sketch of what I want and also a Test 3D AS Model.

I have not so much time for playing around, but why not using the connection for it:

Thank you for the reply. That is the connection I used. The challenge is trying to keep all the hole edge distances 30mm while keeping the gusset plate shape exactly rectangular.
