Hmm, 🙄 Yes that makes sense. The labels also need to be turned off. Then it leaves the line on the drawing but it appears to be on a no plot layer. Easier I suppose if I turn off a grid on accident then I can re enable it. I also could just delete it. It does make me wonder though why elevation view and plan view act differently.
In elevation if I turn off both labels it turns off the grid line too. It does not act this way in plan views though which would be more convenient 😄 If both labels are off there's no point in seeing the grid line.
Is this the way yours works too or did I just change something without being aware?
Thanks

This is what my Apexx S3 is doing, 🙂, it is a little bit overworked and it is begging for a long 4th of July weekend:
1. In elevation view-turning Label turns off grid, but ONLY if I select the grid as there are more grid behind, by using press and drag, not just by clicking on the grid.
2. In plan view (and in elevation view)-turning off the grid leaves labels on, which is weird behaviour, I think.
Have a great evening.
