Grating not appear
Assume that it is all one assembly from the model image and drawing assembly.
check the drawing style as it looks like the grating is main part, the object presentation listing you need to change the presentation
to be visible symbol, to show a grate span symbol.
Also if you wish to have a pattern, you need to select a presentation with the hatch visible in it,

Hi,
For the UK System, there is a style based upon the main part being the Grate panel, for this the object presentation arrangement objects, starts with the Grating being the Main part,
this style is set to show a symbol, but also you should be able to change a style like this to show a visible hidden to show a dotted line, assuming the panel is inboard of the supporting frame, to miss the internal fillet rad of the angle frame, assuming it is angle frame.
maybe share partial model and sample drawing to check. this.
