Geometric Restriction for Objects not Parallel to Z-Axis

I'm trying to set up an assembly drawing style where beams that are skewed in the view (not perpendicular to the Z-Axis) are shown as exact. I don't want everything shown as exact because of all the radius lines that clutter the drawing.  As far as I know, I can not disable the radius line of the exact presentation.

I made a test assembly to experiment but the geometric restrictions in the object presentation only seem to apply to objects that are parallel to the X, Y-axis.  The first [3] Non-Linear options only seem to affect objects that are not parallel to the X or Y-Axis. The last option "Non-Linear" applies to objects not parallel to X, Y AND Z.  Is there a way to isolate only objects not parallel to the Z-Axis?
