Folding plate between 2 "Angle identical" problem

Hi! I need to connect 2 "Angle identical" with a folded plate. I ve managed to do it until this one. I attached some photos and the dwg so if you have any ideas how to solve this problem would be great.

Hi,

I don't really see much wrong with the fold you have. You have folded the plates together. If you are concerned about the tab showing at the end of the fold it is because the two plates are not perfectly level. There is a 0.0033mm difference in hieght of the edges. Folds always only cover the mating edge not any extra length.

if I recreate the polylines / bend plate, it works nice:

+++ impossible immediately and miracles within 3 days +++
+++ the only constant is the change +++ stay tuned for more +++
+++ since 03/2023 is Advance Steel in maintenance mode, no further development +++
