Hello.
Is there a way to organize the BOM list so the software understands when to show MP marks and when to show SP marks? I´m trying to do it in a customized list.

hi,

in the Existing BOM lists Templates,  you would need to start with a BOM list that comes from one that is considered an Assembly list,   this has  Main part  with single part grouping associated to the Group header.

depending upon with country install the  BOM Editor Setout is different   this snapshot is from UK.

Maybe I misunderstand it, but I think you just looking for the token called PARTMArK:

So Advance Steel has several token for the numbers of the model:
Prelinary mark --> output: preliminary number

Single Part mark --> output: Singlepart number
Main Part mark --> output: Mainpart number

Part Mark -->output: if the part which is shown is the mainpart of the shop structure, this token will output the Mainpart number, if this part is just an attached part of the structure the output will be the singlepart number.
