DXF export errors

When I export plate to dxf , I get two plate contours in dxf file. And I get some mysterious openings in the corners.

Is this correct behaviour?

I would expect to get one contour with openings and without those extra circular corners.

Hello,

Please see the following link regarding the corner finish: http://help.autodesk.com/view/ADSTPR/2016/ENU/?guid=GUID-211BF923-ED63-4EBD-A8CC-280D0465806C

I have connection "Paramteric cope".
There is no setting like this.

If i go to the cope settings, they are greyed out, but override is selected and boring out is not. SO it should work fine.

The options are greyed out because the connection dictates the settings for the cope. You can explode the connection and modify the cope setting or you can change the Drill type for cope/contours to 0 from MT:

Tried everything. Turned boring in on/off. Tried all three settings in drill type.

Only way it started behaving as i want,  was when i removed override settings in NC. It sems to me that changing the drill type setting did not have any effect, it was always "boring out".

So the main problem is that I have to explode all the joins and do it everywhere manually.

This is not what I would like to do, as the main feature is the ability to use master and slave joints.
