Drawing Style "OK" button problem !!

Hi
when i go to make a drawing through the drawing Style pallet , the buttons of both (OK) and (cancel) don't appear as shown in the attached picture that makes me unable to proceed in the process and make the drawing .

What Operating System are you using? This could be a display issue in relation to size of the text in certain apps in windows 10.

It could also be an install issue and a repair may fix this.

i changed the windows language from Arabic to english
