Cut pipe to fit a round bend.

Hello,

I want to make a cut in the vertical tube so that it can fit into the bend to be welded, but the cut is not coming out perfectly, there is a gap on one side and the other side fits inside the tube.
All round tube of 60, bend made with "curved beam".

You will have to use transform elements, polar array on the feature.

The cut you made is much better than mine (yours is the bigger tube), the robot makes a few extra cuts but nothing that a little sanding can't fix.

I've never worked with the polar array, can you show me how you do it?

From experience, I would stay below 40. This makes any unwrap templates look nicer too.
