Create a Break—out Section

Hi，anyone who knows how to create a break out section on a aseemble drawing?  and how to get a detail drawing?  and how to control the depth of section?  I'm so confused about this,  the attached picture is so beautiful, envy.

Sorry about that l have already read your links, but l can't get what l need,still can't create a break out section, did you have a try to create a break out section .
