connection with UPN profile

Hello,

I have a problem in the UPN connection, the connection plate is with the inclination of the inside of the UPN profile.
Does anyone know how to stay parallel to outside the UPN?

What connection are you using?

I'm using moment plate

And in ADS 2016 and 2017, I used the moment and worked

If you use End plate at Flange, reference Beam, it works

But I like to use the Moment end Plate, but it's not working

Checked and i get the same issue, it will not work as required for UPN, maybe use other connections such as single side end plate

How do I get this problem to the right people?

Report the issue to your reseller and they could be able to escalate this to Autodesk. Also you can try use the Idea Station

A fix for this issue is available with the 2019 release of Advance Steel.

This connection was taking an incorrect face for the plate orientation. The expected result was to take the outside of the flange, but instead it was using the skewed face of the profile leg.
