command window in the floating window

The what's new article for native ACAD has an improvement for the floating windows wherein a command window is now shown with the floating window. My issue is that I don't have a command window in my floating window in either AS or ACAD(see attachment). Was this feature not included in the advance steel release? Is anyone else seeing this?

@pinnacledrafting

It is working fine in US installation.

Command window opens in the floating window when the floating window is active.

This is a floating window:

If it is made of steel, I can model it and detail it.

@acbsdesign

Mine is the US installation as well. I wonder if there is a system variable somewhere?

I think I figured it out and it's really dumb. For some reason, the command window cannot be anchored all the way across the bottom. It can be most of the way but it can't touch the sides of the screen. You can anchor right, left or bottom, but only one.

Thanks for your help.

What is the pupose of the floating window?

@muleman1   Will chime in..., it helps when working simultaneously on 2 dwgs, you can look at an erection plan, for example, and open MP dwgs to perform check or sim. Or in other case, copying many weld symbols from one large assembly dwg to another. Another example-an old platform model opened on one screen, and copy elements to a new model on another screen.
