Column and Beam connection - help

Hi, 

I consider using Advance steel so I try to build a simple thing and got  Frustrated.

It's Column and Beam connection as you can see on pics I added here (i modeled it with SketchUp) - a beam sitting (and welded) to a double plate at an angle  (connect together by bolts) and that double plate sitting and welded to a column.

How I make something simple like this easily  ?  is there an automatic way? can I duplicate the "way" to the next column-beam connection? There is a way that I can trim a column to a plate in an angle ? and how I align\put beam to a plate that is an angle easily?

It can be done and you can copy the joint.

You have to play with the numbers a bit to get what you want.
