hi everyone,

why I cannt save the bom template, and the save button diplay gray, and there is no "use,cancel,ok " button at bottom. AS2023

Hi, did it appear immediately after installation or after some time?

I would say the installation failed. Completely uninstall and reinstall.

Then the uninstall did not remove all files, directories, registry entries, ... use Total uninstall or similar SW

Check your persmissions to read / write in the installation data / user data, where Autodesk products are stored
