BOM creation

HI All,

I'm having some issues in customising the BOM templates to suit our standards.

1) Is there a token for model role available?

2)I have structured our shipping list so that the group header (currently showing name for intensive purposes, but would like to show model role), separates the parts by name (model role eventually). Hoping that then the detail area could be used to show the main part information which is all I want. For some reason, I'm getting duplicates in the part names (I'm sure it's probably an easy fix, just can't find it).

How can I force the list to only show the elements once?

To show the Model role in the BOM use the field content token 'Function'

How do I get the sorting to include function as an option? Seems to be only fields get incorporated, but can't see how to insert a field, and copy and paste turns a field into a text box...

Also, any ideas on why I'm getting duplicate entries?

i was abil to add function to sorting  see pic

to edit sorting rite clik the word detail (the blue highlted bit ), then clik sorting

Thanks for your reply. For some reason, the sorting only shows certain elements. Did you force (somehow) function to be included in the sorting or should it appear automatically? You can also see that coating is not available in the sorting options either...
