Hi all,
It would be good, if someone of you know or had encounter such issue before.
I have a problem while editing the model. actually i received a model from my friend who is in germany made his design, asked me to help create design changes and drawing. After i open the model and check i could not able to see the what bolt was defined in the model, as soon as i double click to open the bolt dialog box it doesn't show anything blank. but bolt presence in the model. i dont know whats wrong in this. is that because of astor database issue. as i remember he is using german version what i have is, english version.. this cause me everytime i need to change this definition ???
i share the screeenshot how it is look like.

Hi,

You should have the whole standard library available regardless of which version you are using. However, it may be that he has added custom bolts to his system that are not in yours. If he is using those then he needs to click Tools > Tools > Store Used Data to store all custom data in his model. then save and send the new version to you.

Hi @AleckGiles

Sorry for the late reply.
Thanks for your response, yeah now i see the issue..
yes you're right, i figured out that without the native library it could not find out what bolt it is!.
let me control by using one library for all user so that it will be avoided.

Thanks
