BIM - Project Base Point and Rotation to North

Hi Guys,
I'm working on a BIM project.
My client (and I) are doing all the secondary steel - several stair cases (20-24 flights each) walkways, ladders, balustrade etc.
Another steelwork contractor is doing the main steel in Tekla.
All this in itself is a nightmare getting other models into Advance Steel.
IFC import doesn't work, SMLX from Revit doesn't work.
The only thing I can do is export from Revit model to "dumb" AutoCAD Solids.
...what an amazing workflow - NOT !!
Anyway, just having a rant.
Here's my question:
The main contractor managing the BIM needs all sub-contractor's BIM models to align as below:
What is the best way to deal with this in Advance Steel so that IFC export is at correct origin and rotation?
The AutoCAD models I exported from Revit have the base point at 0,0,0 and rotation is also zero (orthogonal) rather than to project North (although in Revit model, while orthogonal, North is rotated as table above).
...so I have already modelled and produced GA drawings (via cameras) for the first stair with everything at 0,0,0 and no rotation.
I don't want to move or rotate my model as when importing updated Revit models (via ACAD solids as above) they come in at 0,0,0 and not rotated.
I know you can use BASE function to set project coordinate - would that get used by IFC export?
What about the rotation - is there a similar function (like BASE) but for rotation?
The BIM coordinator sent me this screenshot of my imported model:
...so seems the origin is not the issue (even though my model is at 0,0,0) but the rotation is a problem.
I'm glad BIM is making my life so much easier! 🙄
