Assigned scale doesn't work in drawing process manager

Hello All,

I work on AS 2020. I have made a drawing process for single-part elements. I am generating drawings in A0. I want them to be generated in at least 1:1 or 1:2, nothing lower than that. I have assigned only two scales in my drawing process 1:1 and 1:2 and still, the drawing generates in 1:10 only. I have tried everything. Even I have reduced the clipping to fit the drawing properly, still, it doesn't work.

Is there any way to fix this or anything that I have missed to do.

Check in style that option is set for process to override the style.   But also I seem to recall something in MT defaults about the use of the scale from the process, as an override setting.

Hi @prakhar.kanungo

The other thing to check is that type of customisation has to be done in the user part of the system

If you are running the process from rhe palette you need to click on the country flag to change it to the user symbol then run your process, that is your customised one

Thanks for the suggestion, but I am generating drawings from the drawing process manager, not drawing processes.
