Advance Steel Problem with Tool Palette

Hello, excuse my bad English, I'm from Venezuela, I have a problem with Advance Steel 2020, accidentally close the toolbar and I have not managed to turn it on again, I would appreciate your help, thank you very much.

The palette could be opened in the Start  Tab in the middle there's a button for the Advance Steel Toolpalette.
