Advance Steel 2022 problem with language version installation

Hello
I have a problem with installing the Polish (and any other) language version for Advance Steel.
I downloaded the file Advance_Steel_2022_en-PL_Language_Pack from Autodesk website.
Unfortunately I get a message every time (I attach screenshot). It is in Polish so below is the translation.

"Product not found.Before installing the product Advance Steel 2022 - Polish (polish) Language Pack you need to install one of the products.

Advance Steel Language Pack"

What is this about?

This same i get the same message when trying to polish autocad.

Any of an old installation are being identifying during the language pack installation. So rename all de folder files with a different name. For example (_old) and try again.
