Advance Steel 2018 not start

When i run AS2018 the software freeze and error  asobject.dbx not founds appaer 

1: i have try to repair,uninstall & reinstall, 

2:  the error # . . . (see picture)

Think you have a .NET error.

I try this but not work so i have just reinstall the "SQLLocalDB"
