2021 update cannot access databases

What's going on here?! I just installed the latest version of AS2021 and get this error:

Also, there is no log file as mention in the dialog box. There's not even a folder called "USA".

I have no problem with v2020.

For the original problem on this thread regarding path....

 

Assuming you have installed every to the default location.

 

Replace your ASSettings_Advance.xml (make a backup of course) with the attached file.

 

The location is here:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2021\ADVS

I have an spanish versión of Windows 10.

this xmls versión doesn't work

should we change the "program files" folder according to enviroment variable for the program files folder ?

have I explained right?

The folder should be the same. You could open the folder path, delete the XML file and then use the windows control- programs and features - select Advance Steel 2021 and click in change, after this you should have the possibility to use the 'repair' command. If this is running, the XML file should be recreated and all is working
