It has come to my attention that anyone on the schedule can download the source (.XER) file from the ACC Platform (attached). I could find this option when checking the comparison version. We consider this not a good practice and believe this option should either be confirmed or made unavailable. We typically do not share .XER files with other stakeholders in the project, as we feel this is not a standard quality procedure and puts private project information at high risk.
Is there a way to lock this item and/or select an option that is not available to download?
